Our philosophy is to make full-flavored ultra-premium wines with no sulfites. All of our wines are small-batch, handcrafted wines made from Sonoma County grapes. Lab results show zero ppm sulfites in all of our wines.

We craft sulfite-free wines using cutting-edge technology like precision fermentation controls, advanced filtration, small stainless steel barrels, and innovative preservation methods. No sulfites, just pure expression.
Every batch of wine we make is tested by a third-party lab for sulfites. They have never detected any sulfites in our wines. Results show no detectable sulfites down to one part per million.
My obsession? Wine should be as clean as possible. Traditional wines, 99% of them, rely on sulfites as preservatives. These compounds kill bacteria in the bottle and in your gut when you drink them. Lab studies show sulfites can inhibit many beneficial bacteria like Lactobacillus, potentially leading to dysbiosis (an imbalance in your microbiome) that disrupts digestion and weakens immunity, and more. For many, it also means fewer wine-induced headaches; research shows fewer headaches for people sensitive to getting headaches.
Our approach goes further: our wine-making process preserves higher levels of natural antioxidants like resveratrol, that fight oxidative stress and promote anti-aging effects. It’s gentler on your gut, and your health.
